Condolence: Roger and family sending my sincere condolences to all. Peggy was a sweet lady. We grew up together, worked at General Times and for a time we rode to work together. We would run into each other usually at funerals. She Joyce and I talked about this, it was like a family reunion. Loving thoughts are with her family. Condolence: I want to offer my sincerest condolences to the friends and family of Mrs. Peggy Thrasher. The loss of a loved one in death is one of the most painful experiences that we as humans endure. The Bible teaches that even Jesus "gave way to tears" when he saw the pain that the death of his beloved friend Lazarus caused. (John 11:35) Thus, we can likewise be sure that our Heavenly Father is also more than aware of our feelings during these difficult times, and like his son, Jesus, he has the power and desire to do something about it. Therefore, we can have complete confidence in the loving reassurances found at Isaiah 25:8,9 & Isaiah 26:19. In these verses, God promises that he will soon "swallow up death forever" and that our "dead shall rise". May these Bible promises give you a measure of comfort and assure you of God's deep love for you and your family.
