			<description><![CDATA[Harry Powers was quite a man, research scientist, and FATHER to two great men - his sons Richard and Harry.   There is little that can be added to what a legacy Dr. Harry Powers could leave than to provide a great home life, be a loving husband, a positive role model to his two sons, and a world-class forest researcher.  A member of the 'greatest generation' and a WW2 veteran, he set the bar quite high for a life well-lived.  His family, we know, will miss him, as will the world for his contributions.
