Obituary for Shirley Bell (Winstanley)

Shirley Winstanley Bell, 75, wife of 52 years to Jack Victor Bell, died Sunday, July 29, 2018. Born in Mobile, AL, she was the daughter of the late John Horace Winstanley and Minnie Inez Thompson Winstanley. In addition to her husband Jack, survivors include two children: John Richard Bell of Blairsville and Sherryl (Mark) Earhart of Bogart; sister: Sally Winstanley Lee of Orange Park, FL and two grandsons: Eli and Luke Earhart. A gathering to celebrating Shirley’s life will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 from 6 until 8 at the Bell Family residence at 1101 Lane Creek Terrace, Bishop, GA. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the American Red Cross or to donate blood in memory of Shirley. Lord & Stephens West is in charge of arrangements. www.lordandstephes.com
