Obituary for Mae Duncan

Mae  Duncan
Mae Duncan, 81, died May 17, 2018.
Born in Oconee County, she was the daughter of the late Holman and Annie Maude Strickland Maddox and preceded in death by a brother, Talmadge "Tug" Maddox. She was retired from Leon Farmer Company and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church, Watkinsville.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Johnny Edward "Dunk" Duncan; son Terry Duncan (Donna) of Watkinsville; grandchildren, Teri Brianne Roberts (Jamie) of Hull, Justin Edward Duncan (Kayla) of Athens and Megan Leanne Davis (Alex) of Bogart; great grandchildren, Gavin, Gailey and Gracyn Belle Roberts and Emma Bell-Duncan; special sister in law, Ann Duncan of Hull and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, WEST with Rev. Darrell Gilmer, Rev. Jimmy Edwards, and Mr. Marlon Duncan officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Justin Duncan, Milan Duncan, Marlon Duncan, Blake Duncan, Jamie Roberts and Alex Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Chuck Reynolds and Todd Alewine.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
