Condolences

Condolence From: A. D.
Condolence: I am very sorry for your loss. It is not an easy time to go through. Talking about it with someone always helps, and their is no one better than God, he even gives us in the Bible Hope in John 5:28, 29 where he promises to bring back to life our loved ones. And in Revelation 21:4 he promises us a better future where we won't suffer no more. To know more visit jw.org

Condolence From: Wendy Loughlin
Condolence: I was heartbroken to hear of Karen’s passing. Though I hadn’t seen her in years, she was one of my first friends and the center of so many of my childhood memories, especially from our days at Mott Road Elementary. It was nice to reconnect with her via Facebook a few years ago and share some of those memories, and to see how well she was doing. She was a beautiful person. My prayers are with her family.

Condolence: "Please allow me to express my sympathy as you mourn the passing of Mrs. Tinsley, I pray at this time you revive the strength to cope with your grief from our God in Heaven who gives us His Holy Word to guide through difficult times as you are facing. May you keep His words at Acts 24:15, and Revelation 21:4, close to your hearts as your guarantee, you will see our loved ones again, It is God's Will."

Condolence From: Deborah Dietzler
Condolence: My heart remains heavy at the loss of one of my dearest friends.

Karen's family has set up a scholarship fund in her memory. The award will go to a student who is pursuing studies in affordable housing.

Information about contributing online should be ready in a few days and I'll share it when available.

In the meantime, if you want to contribute via check, you can make checks payable to UGA Foundation. Be sure to put "Karen Tinsley Fund" in the memo line.

The mailing address is:
UGA Foundation

Some friends are also working on a project with the Firefly Trail. As soon as details are available, they will be shared on social media and here.
