Hugh Dorsey Wilson, Jr., 65, husband of Janie Wilson, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018. Born in Winder, he was the son of the late Hugh Dorsey Wilson, Sr. and Ruby Lee Wilson. He retired from the City of Winder after 26 years. Hugh was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed the outdoors and truly loved life. He had a passion for mentoring the young and giving to others and has even given the shoes off his own feet to someone in need. In addition to his wife, survivors include four siblings: Janice Yaptengco, Sandra Wilson, Mark Wilson and Jimmy Wilson all of Winder and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 9, 2018 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church.
