Pauline Mitchell Savage, 81, wife of 59 years to Vernon Lee Savage, died Thursday, February 8, 2018. Born in Moultrie, GA, she was the daughter of the late James Bryant Mitchell and Lenora Gunn Mitchell. She was a homemaker. In addition to her husband she is survived by three children: Allan (Beth) Savage of Watkinsville, Chuck (Laura) Savage, Angie Hooper both of Bethlehem, GA; brothers: Jim, Carl, Mack, Glenn and Cecil Mitchell; sisters: Betty McCarthy, Clyde Mann and Christine Decker; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2PM at Oconee Chapel, 2730 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville. Interment will follow at Oconee Memorial Park.
