Jeff Hart, 57, of Athens, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017.
Jeff was the son of Gerald Kenneth Hart and Geraldine McElhannon Hart. He formerly owned and operated Hart’s Pallet Removal Service for 15 years. He enjoyed fishing, golf, Georgia Football, grilling and most importantly, spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Janet Bradberry Hart; children, Kevin (Jessica) Hart and Rebecca (Danny) Chasteen; sisters, Stephanie Herring and Tamari (Bradley) Hill; two grandchildren, Tyler and Tori Hart and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, East. Interment will follow at Athens Memory Gardens.
