Condolence From: Mike Huff
Condolence: Charles was one of a kind, always able to make light of the toughest situations. He was known to put family before all and most every time we spoke he always had something about a child, grandchild or great grandchild to tell me about. He was one of the finest mayors that Watkinsville has ever had. He had a great sense of community and worked diligently to make Watkinsville a better place for all citizens. Will never forget his sense of humor and I've no doubt in my mind that he isn't in Heaven as we speak telling a story to the angels who are all laughing. Rest in peace my friend.
