Robert B. “Snuffy” Smith, 63, of Madison GA, died Thursday, October 5, 2017. Snuffy was born in Athens to the late French Demorest and Annie Pearl Sehlock Smith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings, Lloyd Neil Wood, Caroline E. Wood-Moore, and P. Irene Wood Meeler. He is survived by his wife, Francine Smith, children, Johnny (Shana) Streetman, Keith Smith, and Michael (Hope) Smith, sister, Mary Ann Wheeler, grandchildren, Jordan Streetman, Braden Streetman, Lexie Streetman, Ethan Smith, Emily Smith, and Benjamin Smith, along with several other extended family.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Lord and Stephens East Chapel. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00-3:00. Rev. Aaron Reinking will be officiating the service.
