She was a wonderful dear and sweet friend! She brought happiness and joy to all! Dorothy was a talented beautiful lady, who was kind and thoughtful of others. Dorothy will be truly missed. May the warm, loving and happy memories shared be of comfort.

Condolence: There are no words that can be spoken that will take away the pain of losing your mother,grandmother,sister or aunt. But just know that to be gone from here is to be at home , a home we can only imagine the beauty of. The memories you have of this beautiful woman will one day bring a smile ,maybe not today nor tomorrow, but one day. If there is anything that I can do for the family please don't hesitate to let me know.

Condolence: Dick and I are truly sorry to learn of the death of this special lady, The Gorman family has been part of the community I grew up in for as long as I can recall, and the contributions they made to Oglethorpe County are important and lasting. The fine family they reared is testimony of their goodness. I will miss the "dots" that Dorothy so faithfully wrote for the Echo each week. I'm sure Maxeys won't be the same.

Our sincerest sympathy goes out to all the family. I know she will be missed, but I have no doubt that the very best of her will live on in those she left behind. Love and prayers.
