James Thomas “JT” Wood, 35 of Greensboro, GA passed away August 20, 2017. He was born in Milledgeville, GA on January 26, 1981 to Joe and Elaine Wood. JT was a graduate of North Georgia Technical College with a degree in Golf Turf Management. He has worked on several golf courses in Georgia and North Carolina including Bald Head Island, Southport, NC and Innsbruck Golf Course, Helen, GA.
JT enjoyed fishing, golfing and hiking but the love of his life was his daughter, Elizabeth.
Memorial services are Tuesday, August 29, 2017 2:00pm at Lord & Stephens, West chapel. The family will visit at the funeral home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, August 28, 2017 and 1:00 until 2:00 on August 29th.
Survivors include his wife Pilar Mandujano de Wood of Toluca, Mexico, parents Joe and Elaine Wood of Bishop, GA, daughter Elizabeth Wood of Toluca and brother Joey Wood of Bishop as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
