Sue Ann Henry Oeland, 77, of Athens, GA, passed away on July 7, 2017.
The visitation and funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Lord and Stephens West funeral home.Visitation will be 12 noon to 1:30 pm with the funeral service to follow at 2 pm. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park after the service.
Sue was born in Greenville, SC on August 23, 1939. She graduated from Greenville High School.
Sue was married to Paul Joseph Oeland III on July 24, 1960 and would have celebrated their 57th anniversary this month. They have been Athens area residents since 1965.
Sue is survived by her loving spouse, Paul, daughter Terri Mobley, son-in-law Danny Mobley, children, Rebecca, Daniel, and Mary Carson Mobley, daughter Carol Chambers, son-in-law Doug Chambers, children Matt, Kelly, Marissa, and Kevin Chambers, son Paul Oeland IV, daughter-in-law Mandi Oeland, children Joseph, Lincoln, Delia, and Sophia Oeland, brother Wayman Henry, Jr.,sister Helen Harris, numerous nieces and nephews, and other family members.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Wayman Henry, Sr, and her brother Thomas Henry.
