Obituary for Herman Franklin Knupp

Herman Franklin Knupp, 75, died Friday, June 30, 2017. A native of Virginia, he was the son of the late George Edward and Letha Long Knupp and brother of the late George Knupp and Marguerite Everridge. He had worked for the Orange County Florida Sheriffs Office and served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He enjoyed listening to Jimmy Buffett, playing the lottery and collecting opals. Survivors include his son: William "Bill" (Kim) Knupp of Watkinsville; granddaughter: Morgan Knupp; brothers: John and Bernie Knupp; sister: Virginia Knupp. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 2:30pm at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, GA.
