Jennifer Claire Allen Anderson, of Bishop, GA, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017.

Jennifer was born in Shreveport, LA on May 27, 1969, and was the daughter of Larry Allen and Jerrilyn Marlette. In 1991, Jennifer graduated Cum Laude from of Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA, and worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years.

Jennifer married Steven Lee Anderson on February 20, 1993, in Shreveport, LA. She was a devoted mother to four wonderful children and became a full time homemaker after the birth of her third child. Jennifer was a member of Ray’s United Methodist Church in Bishop, GA. She was active member of Jazzercise and was an instructor for several years.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Steven Lee Anderson of Bishop, GA; children, Adam Steven Anderson, Kate Elizabeth Anderson, Emily Brooke Anderson, and Allison Claire Anderson; parents, Larry Allen and Jerrilyn Marlette; siblings: Laurie Griffith, Andrew Marlette, Mathew Allen, and Kelly Free.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 9, 2017, at 11AM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel with Rev. Jerry Varnado officiating. Interment will follow at Oconee Memorial Park in Watkinsville, GA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017, from 6PM until 8PM at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
