Larry M. James, Sr., husband of Judy James of Watkinsville passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. A native of Hephzibah, GA, he was the son of the late Lawrence Howard James and Evelyn B. James. He retired from the University of Georgia Transportation Department as a Bus Driver. In addition to his wife, survivors include his daughter: Robbye (Wes) Porterfield; son: Larry James, Jr.: brothers: Billy, Lawrence and Joe James; sister: Kathryn Hargis and granddaughters: Sydney and Melody Porterfield. A graveside service will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 3PM at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 3965 Deans Bridge Road, Hephzibah, GA.
